Artist's Description

The Caesarea aqueduct is actually two structures build side by side, the first by Herod when the city was founded around 22 B.C. The second and adjacent aqueduct was built by Hadrian around 130 A.D., necessitated by the growth of the city and the need for more water. This remaining section can be seen on the beach at Casearea today. Casearea has been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

About Richard Krebs

Richard Krebs

Photography is one of my main passions in life. I love photographing anything I see that is beautiful, unusual or special. I enjoy shooting nature, landscape, landmarks, animals, architecture and anything else I see that strikes me as worthy of a camera shot. I especially enjoy travel photography and have been fortunate to have seen many wonderful places in this incredible world of ours. I hope that you will find my work worthy of hanging in your residence or office and enjoy it as much as I have enjoyed presenting it to you. Any comments are always appreciated.
