Artist's Description
Schwabacher's Landing is a boat landing located a few miles north of Moose, Wy. along the eastern side of the Snake River. It is located at the end of a dirt/gravel road and offers magnificent views of the Grand Tetons from several vista points. Schwabacher's is one of the few spots along the Snake River where fishermen, canoeists and rafters can gain access to the river. Wildlife, including moose, pronghorn, mule deer and bald eagles are commonly seen in this area. Schwabacher's is one of the main tourist/photographer attractions in Grand Teton National Park. The views of the Tetons from Schwabacher's are spectacular.
