The German Colony (a misnomer today) was settled by Germans initially, but has become a very upscale, English-speaking neighborhood southwest of the Old City in Jerusalem. The area has been restored and gentrification is taking place, resulting in an upper-class Israeli and American population.

Photography is one of my main passions in life. I love photographing anything I see that is beautiful, unusual or special. I enjoy shooting nature, landscape, landmarks, animals, architecture and anything else I see that strikes me as worthy of a camera shot. I especially enjoy travel photography and have been fortunate to have seen many wonderful places in this incredible world of ours.
