This contemporary brushed steel art structure graces the grounds of the Atlanta Botanical Garden in Atlanta, Ga,.USA. The Atlanta Botanical Garden is a 30 acre botanical garden located adjacent to Piedmont Park in Midtown Atlanta. Begun in 1976, the garden's mission is to develop and maintain plant collections for the purposes of display, education, conservation, research and enjoyment. It contains thousands of species of native and non-native plants, an orchid house, reflecting pond and Japanese Garden. Throughout the year it sponsors many special events including a special feature a few years ago of Dale Chihuly's fabulous glass work, which drew tens of thousands of visitors to the garden.
