Our spiral notebooks are 6" x 8" in size and include 120 pages which are lined on both sides. The artwork is printed on the front cover which is made of thick paper stock, and the back cover is medium gray in color. The inside of the back cover includes a pocket for storing extra paper and pens.

The Old Sautee General Store dates back to 1872. The store served the local community with general goods and was even a post office for the valley until the 1940's. The front portion of the store is reminiscent of the old country stores of the past where visitors can now participate in the old time charm of the country general store. The Old Sautee Market, located adjacent to the old general store sells freshly made sandwiches and baked goods, soups gourmet coffee, specialty drinks and hand dipped ice cream. A unique feature of the market is its grass roof.
The Sautee Nachoochee Valley is an unincorporated community in White County, Ga., in the Appalachian foothills of northeast Georgia, approximately 95 miles from Atlanta. The origin of the name goes back to an old Indian folk legend where a beautiful Cherokee maiden named Nacoochee fell in love with a Chickawaw warrior named Sautee.
